Having completed his Law Degree and Masters's in Management, Mr. Bharat S Nagar started the firm “Nagar & Associates” in the year 1995. Soon thereafter, he and other partners began another firm in Mumbai, styled “Global Law Offices”.

Over the last 30 years of his career, Mr. Nagar has had the occasion to be a leading practitioner before the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, Appellate Authority of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction, Company Law Board now replaced by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) & National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Debt Recovery Tribunals besides various High Courts and Supreme Court in various bank related matters and re-structuring and insolvency corporate/commercial advisory, dispute resolution litigation and arbitration related matters. He represented celebrities such as Mr. Amitabh Bachchan, Mr. Ajitabh Bachchan (along with their company ABCL), Mr. Jay Mehta, Mr. Yash Chopra (along with Yash Raj Films), Mr. Jitender Kapoor (along with Balaji Telefilms), Mr. Asmit Patel and Ms. Amisha Patel (along with Jai Electric Private Limited), T-Series and many more.

Having completed his Law Degree from the most prestigious College of India - Government Law College (GLC), Mumbai, Mr. C.K. Doveson joined our firm in Mumbai. He has sufficient presence before various Courts in Mumbai, representing various banks and many prominent corporates, including Lodha Group, Power Grid Corporation, India-Wind Energy Limited, Matrabhoomi Satellite Channel, and other prominent corporate houses.

He is a leading visiting faculty in various colleges in Mumbai and is regularly invited by multiple forums to deliver lectures on varied law subjects.

Having attained her MBA from the prestigious IIM, Ahmedabad, Shivani started her career in Debt Syndication by helping various large Indian corporations raise funds. Previously, she worked closely with Big 4 firms - Ernst & Young (EY) and Deloitte.

She is also a Partner at Rajvanshi & Associates, a 30+ years old Chartered Accountancy (CA) firm, as the Head of the Forensic and Digital Forensic Audit Team. She has been associated with our firm for the last 15 years and has been part of our illustrious journey.

She specializes in Banking and Finance Re-Structuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, Real Estate and all Commercial Contracts, Joint Ventures, and Technical Collaborations.

Having completed her LL. B and LL.M from the University of Mumbai, Poonam joined our firm and regularly appears before various courts in Mumbai and other neighboring States such as Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

Besides court appearances, she advises banks and other Corporates on all Corporate and Commercial matters.

Waseem Alvi is an ex-Ranji Trophy Player. After completing his Master's Degree and Doctorate, he associated himself with our law firm to strengthen the immigration division.

Waseem is an expert on Immigration Law and Sports Collaborators. Waseem owns a football stadium in Poland, sports companies in the U.K., and has undertaken the development of various sports facilities in Toronto, Canada.

Having completed his Law Degree from Mumbai University, he joined Media and Films and simultaneously joined our firm for providing Advisory services on Entertainment, Banking and Capital Market related issues.
